Peace of Mind During Terrifying Times

Posted · Add Comment
Did you know…

That the word Human is split between spirit & animal?

Hu stands for Spirit & Man stands for Animal.

We are Spiritual Beings having a Hu-Man experience on planet earth to grow & refine our souls.

To embody enlightenment we need to merge the Hu- & the Man together.

Many have said “Where attention goes, energy flows.”

While we watch TV we slip into a trance, leaving us vulnerable to the programming of fear that is transmitted.

Fear is used to control us. It stops us from thinking & evokes reaction. We have to snap out of the trance! It’s time to wake up. And when NOW is a good time?

The terrifying news is constantly in our face.

So, I am inviting you to practice these prayers to wake up & find peace.

By saying these prayers below you are identifying, activating, & strengthening your Hu- (your spiritual aspect).

Let’s focus on the Eternal Truth & as we focus on this, love, peace, & joy will grow inside of you.

Affirmation: I AM choosing to wake up! The spiritual I AM is in charge when I do these exercises.

The Man part of the word Hu-Man is the strong Animal inside of us. Did you know that animals automatically shake off their trauma? If you see a cat or dog bump into something, they shake it off immediately. That is a natural response. Human beings have forgotten how to do this but it is part of our Animal Nature.

So, I invite you to shake it off. Next time you watch the news, & all of a sudden you feel horrible inside, turn off the news, & literally shake it off! Start shaking & shimmering your body. Start with your bottom, then your legs, & arms.

Don’t be afraid of looking ridiculous. Just do it!

Make believe you are a wild dancer doing a shimmy & having fun & soon you will be having fun. Start laughing. Let yourself feel silly & shake yourself loose!

Serenity Prayer

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

Courage to change the things I can,

And wisdom to know the difference.

St. Francis Prayer

Lord make me an instrument of your peace

Where there is hatred let me sow love

Where there is injury, pardon

Where there is doubt, faith

Where there is despair, hope

Where there is darkness, light

And where there is sadness, joy

O divine master grant that I may

Not so much seek to be consoled as to console

To be understood as to understand

To be loved as to love

For it is in giving that we receive

It is in pardoning that we are pardoned

And it’s in dying that we are born to eternal life
