My heart has been breaking open. I have been deeply grieving for my brothers & sisters in the last few months.
My mind would tell me there is so much negative stuff going on in the world right now. Actually, since the beginning of time, stuff has been going on. It’s just never been in our face this much. And here it is, in our face right now.
How can we change our perspective from what we see & what the media is showing us?
How can we move forward when all of this is happening?

As I watch the news, I remind myself about how important perspective is to see the truth beyond illusion. There is a vertical reality. And a horizontal reality.
The view from vertical reality is the spiritual bird’s eye view. It gives us hope, inspires us, & allows us to see from the higher viewpoint.
Our minds do not understand it, but our souls do.
We need to train our minds. Changing our perspective is the way!
The horizontal reality is the human day to day, The Full Monty. Many of us battling our minds with judgments, fears, & tears to get through the day.
This is pure fertilizer to grow our souls & is necessary.
Hopefully we can laugh & have fun on our way.
Strong forces can push against us and can separate people, causing much hurt. This is part of the horizontal reality.
Vertical reality is people coming back together with the energy of ONENESS to help each other. This the ultimate influence of the vertical reality.
